This 3-hour workshop introduces the fundamentals of slab building in ceramics with an emphasis on process and timing. Participants will learn how to create slabs by pulling and rolling clay, then explore wait time and patience as essential tools for building boxes and simple geometric forms. The class focuses on thoughtful construction, clean joins, and working with clay at the right moment.
